RTI Homes (Private) Limited was established in 2015, and since have grown steadily in our capacity to develop mid-rise properties of full-scale luxury facilities including technologically advanced amenities. We certify our structures through an expert panel of chartered engineers, and utilize the highest quality building materials in our projects.

We have partnered up with renowned construction industry companies to supply for the majority of building materials in our projects. Our materials purchased are of SLS Standard and/or International Standards. For further information, you may request a detailed specification of our partnered suppliers, as we advocate in maintaining transparency throughout our projects. Furthermore, we are registered with CIDA, the successor to ICTAD, and abide by the rules and regulations governing developers/contractors.

Our principle banker is NDB Bank, and have signed an MOU with the bank to provide housing loans for our Koswatta, Battaramulla project. We have further arranged tripartite agreements through other banking facilities such as Sampath Bank and HNB Bank to provide further options to our valued customers. Additionally, we have demonstrated our capacity to complete the project professionally and according to timelines in order to partner up with these banking institutions.
